Greetings from a writer’s desk

Welcome. Just listening to the Packers game while setting up my WordPress site. Hey, you are finally here so maybe this is working.

Why? Does the world really need another blog and website? Yes, the Selfish World does.

I spent 2023 writing, writing, writing…well drafting. That resulted in more than 300 drafted stories in my inventory.

I have been spending 2024 editing, a much slower process, but stories have been improving. Currently, I am planning to start putting out some content. I will do that here on this site.

Inspired by independent movie maker Brett Mauser of Not So Sane Entertainment and his Ponderous Universe, I plan…hope…to put all my stories into a unified story universe that I am currently calling the Selfish World.

By having a unified story universe, characters may appear across story lines. Chief in the Boudica and The Butcher novel is the nephew of Chappo in the Geronimo’s Spirits novel. Hiro the ghost from Hiro’s Hauntings will appear in the vigilante series Nemesis and Claire.

While those names do not mean anything to you now, subscribe for updates so you can find out in the future the reason those characters are special.
