I had a fiction story idea: Taiwanese military creates a contingency plan to breach the Three Gorges Dam should China invade Taiwan.
Dam breaches were used as a weapon of war in the Chinese warfare.
Further in the Russian-Ukraine war someone breached the Kakhovka dam.
Such a breach could turn the Yangtze River into a weapon of mass destruction.
