Observes that I like a number of The Butcher’s quotes in Chapter 19 of my draft of Boudica and The Butcher. Up to that point, he mostly seems like a ruthless murderous maniac with an army contrasted by hints of something more beneath. In this chapter a little more depth on how the professor, husband, and father became the soldier who his enemies call The Butcher.

In contrast, Boudica is a mess in the draft, but the bones are good to be worked over as I finish first pass editing.
