The High Patriarchy Council

Noting a new story idea so I don’t forget it.

At a meeting of the High Patriarchy Council (no girls allowed), a hearing is held in a dispute between the Chads and the Incels. The incels have threatened to go to war with the Chads in a hunting rights dispute.

The incels accuse the Chads of overhunting by pumping-and-dumping their way through all the single women making those women unfit for marriage due to high body counts resulting in baggage, STDs, higher rates of mental illness, and alpha widows later filing for divorce with harm to the children.

A grand bargain is agreed upon between the men to better manage the herd of single women in order to avoid a war. The terms of the bargain:

* Woman older than 25 are open season as they are less desirable for marriage,
* Woman younger than 26 who grew up without a father actively involved in her life are also open season as they are less desirable for marriage,
* Other woman may not be pumped-and-dumped or held in situationships but must only be pursued with serious relationship intentions,
* There will be grandfathering for implementation so single women who were already run through will remain open season,
* Violations of hunting rules will be enforced by a woman’s father and brothers.

After the deal is struck, an older member of the council notes that those had been the unofficial rules in the past in polite society.

For this idea, I would like to acknowledge inspiration from feminists and the single women of the TikTok confessional. Feminists like to talk about a male conspiracy to control women, so a male collaboration is central to the story but is controlling men. The TikTok confessions have several times demanded that the better men control the behavior of the bad men with whom she chooses to sleep.

I see potential for humor in this story. Plus, it will be easy to market.
