I made a revised Butcher No Quarter Flag as the original was rough. I needed to replace the skull from the one used in the proof of concept; transparent background better on this image without the need to brush out some of the defects. Got the flag aspect ratio correct instead of swagging it. Also, width of diagonals now consistent. Widened and enlarged the skull a bit. PowerPoint is better than MS Paint for this task.

Steps to create in PowerPoint:

1) Change slide aspect ratio to 19 x 10

2) Set background color of slide to red

3) Insert two diagonal lines, set color to white, width to 100

4) Insert image of skull, adjust width and height of skull manually to deform
