Sandman had an interesting news bit about women getting fat from dead people injected into their butts as cosmetic surgery. He joked that posterior would be haunted.
That might make for an interesting story premise for a horror story. A woman indulges in cosmetic surgery; some bits sourced from the dead. Consequently, she gets haunted and possessed by the deceased persons contributing material to her treatments. The possession takes a form that presents as her suffering from multiple personalities as donors assert themselves.
Strange and unreal story but could it have a point? Perhaps it is about a person who seeks to become the best version of themselves through elective cosmetic surgery but ends up becoming not themselves.
Sounds like a new urban legend.
